JJB SPORTS STAFF ARE GEARING UP FOR CHANGE

JJB Sports has just launched a brand new training facility and the new Traffordf Centre recruits joined their colleagues to be first in the UK to experience it, benefiting from intensive training sessions, workshops with specialists brands such as Nike, Adidas and Asics and focused customer service techniques.

Commenting on the new investment in training, Chris Ronnie, JJB Sports CEO said: “Training and staff development is a big passion of mine. I am dedicated to providing exceptional levels of customer service across our stores and am putting in place the necessary elements to help achieve this.”

Product knowledge is key for any retail employees but JJB Sports also wants to ensure its staff are passionate about the products they are selling, which is why they have invested in a training academy to undertake the training JJB Sports’ new training manager will head a team of eight trainers specialists to offer a regular, dedicated training programme to all staff across the country.
