Competition Terms and Conditions

Puma & JJB Reggae Marathon Competition

  • The competition closes on 1st May 2006.
  • The prize is a holiday for two people and includes return flights from London Heathrow to Montego Bay, all-inclusive accommodation at the Couples Swept Away resort in Negril and entries to the Reggae Marathon or Half-Marathon (optional). All other spending money and expenses, including travel insurance, are not included and must be paid for by the individual(s). No cash alternative to the prize is available.
  • The competition is only open to U.K. residents.
  • The competition is not open to employees of Puma UK Ltd and JJB or their families.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed.
  • Entrants must be 18 years or over on the competition closing date. Any entries received from anyone under eighteen on the closing date will be disqualified.
  • Entrants must be available to travel on the specified dates.
  • The winner will be notified by telephone within 2 weeks of the closing date.
  • The competition winner must confirm their acceptance of the prize on or before Wednesday 31st May.
  • The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
  • Entries will also be accepted by post. Postal entrants should send their name, address, telephone contact details and answers to the competition questions to: Reggae Marathon Competition, c/o Marketing Department, Puma UK Ltd, Challenge Court, Barnett Wood Lane, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 7LW.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Puma reserves the right to change the flights times, accommodation and dates or to offer an alternative prize of equal value.
  • Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions.
  • The name of the competition winner is available on request after 31st May 2006, by sending a stamped/addressed envelope to Reggae Marathon Competition, c/o Marketing Department, Puma UK Ltd, Challenge Court, Barnett Wood Lane, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 7LW.
  • Regretfully we cannot be held responsible for system failures on the JJB website relating to the entry mechanism for the competition. Nor can we be held responsible for the failure of any third party to fulfil their obligations in relation to this competition and prize.
  • No purchase is necessary.
