JB Sport’s returns policy is that if a customer returns goods in an unused/unworn condition, with the original delivery docket (as proof of purchase) and the original packaging within 28 days of the original purchase date, JJB Sports will offer either a refund or exchange for the goods purchased. If goods are returned after the 28 day period, after inspection of the goods JJB Sports will offer an exchange only. If no valid reason is found for exchanging/replacing the goods JJB Sports will return them to the purchaser.
If a customer’s preference is to return goods to their local JJB store this is acceptable provided that all the rules stated above are adhered to and you take the order confirmation e-mail or the original delivery docket with you which details the price which was paid for the goods when purchased.
Please note that refunds processed in JJB stores must be made to a credit or debit card in the name of the returnee. Cash refunds cannot be given. If an item is returned for an exchange and you then decide to return the replacement for a refund you must send the original delivery docket back with the item which you would like to be refunded.
The customers statutory rights for the return of faulty goods are not affected.
